Love is a joyful celebration of another’s existence – an absolute affirmation of the worth and grandeur of that being.
It is a rapturous acceptance of the other who is cherished for being itself.
Sacredness lies in the miracle of that being’s existence in itself!

The beloved is sacred for it arouses gratitude in the lover’s heart to thank its creator!

The beloved is divine, for anything that reminds one of the creator is divine!

Love annihilates the lover’s existence. Only the loved one exists!
And love gushes forth to shield, nurture and provide happiness to that loved being – that being may be a mosquito, or one’s beloved.

That being is sacred, for anything that arouses love is sacred!

Obviously, love is not the absence of, jealousy, hate and anger, neither it is the gratification of selfish desires, nor a fulfilment of needs and emotional deficits.
It may not be so obvious, but love is also not compassion, forgiveness, kindness or charity. ‘Moral commandments’ turn the joy of loving into a burdensome duty.
Love, in itself, is complete fulfilment, and is totally spontaneous!

***

To love someone is to rapturously celebrate their existence.
Without this celebration, all else, however moral, noble, or delightful, is anything but love.
Love is above all morals, all religions.

Love is, in itself, a religion.

Love is divine, for anything that love touches, becomes sacred!
The lover and beloved, both turn divine through the touch of love.

Love is a joyful celebration of another’s existence. Play is a celebration of one’s own existence.
And the union of two hearts, each celebrating the other’s existence, is the highest form of worship and surrender, an ecstatic thanks to the creator that brought forth such playful, loving, hearts.
The love-play of such hearts is a dance celebrating existence itself, and their dissolution into each other is the highest tribute to that supreme Conscious Intelligent Allness.

***

In love, there is neither one, nor two – no lover and no beloved; no ‘me’ and no ‘you.’
Only Love is.
And love is the Allness.
